From the Nebraska Democratic PartyThere's no doubt about it: 2008 could be a great year for Nebraska Democrats.
We have a lot to be excited about. Nebraska's open U.S. Senate race is garnering national attention. Presidential campaigns are in full swing. And more and more Democrats are announcing their plans to represent their Districts -- and our Party -- in the Unicameral.
But if we want to be successful, we need to come together to build an educated, efficient, and
effective grassroots organization. To aid in this effort, the NDP Staff is coming to a town near you to hold "Grassroots Academy" training sessions. The trainings will cover the 2008 Presidential Caucuses, voter contact, and how you can become a grassroots leader in your neighborhood.
